ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
Seares is the ruthless leader of the Ninja Organization and the brains behind an international smuggling ring. Determined to expand his evil empire, he moves his deadly trade into Thailand. To continue his reign, he orders his ninjas to commit terrorist acts to divert police attention. The Thais get the assistance of the D.E.A. and they send an agent on a suicide mission to crack the ninja network and kill its leader.
