Overview:	This film uses the economic turmoil and instability of Asia in the late 1990s as a backdrop for an entire movie revolving around debt collection. Nick Cheung plays a small time debt collector, Sai, with inventive ways of carrying out his work, using his brain over braun. Initially, he works for Bobo (Francis ENG Chun-yu). His success eventually leads Sai to establish his own debt collection agency, which is an immediate success. However, Bobo is soon jealous...
