Plot:	Ten (reportedly true) short stories from New York's historic subway system--submitted to HBO in a contest--are each put to film to form this unforgettable experience.
Overview:	Based on a number of true but extraordinary stories of the New York subway, this is a breathtaking journey into the bizarre characters and situations encountered in the underground world of that vibrant city. There are many stories: the battle between a Vietnam Veteran (Denis Leary) and an upscale New York woman (Christine Lahti); a teenage boy's fling with a mysterious seductress (Mercedes Ruehl); a young woman who turns the table on two teenage attackers; the sexual encounter between a man (Michael McGlone) and a woman (Rosie Perez) who have never spoken to each other; an old man (Jerry Stiller) who gives valuable stock tips to a Wall Street trader (Steve Zahn), and more.
