"The Killer Snakes" is a unique film about a troubled guy being pushed around by an apathetic and miserable society. While disconsolate, a cobra slithers into his existence with a revealing gall bladder hanging from its anatomy. He saves the cobra from certain death. Now the snake and man are somehow without comprehension connected mentally. Basically now the snake acts as the stimulus for the man's inner detestation for a malevolent society and thus the idea of killer snakes is manifested. Killing sprees and mayhem.

This is an original film, although over two decades later a film called "Willard" came out and subsequently ripped off some of the concepts in terms of the story of killer snakes and changed snakes into rats, but "The Killer Snakes" is a much better film by far. "The Killer Snakes" will cater more to the grindhouse horror lovers of filmlore, but this is indeed an original film. It's maniacal, sick, twisted, perverse and dramatic.

"The Killer Snakes" was a very disturbing yet interesting thriller. It's about a sympathetic, unbalanced young man who lives in a condemned shed by a snake shop. He is constantly picked on and has only one friend--a girl with whom he's in love. He works as a delivery boy, but not for long. On one of his deliveries, he is robbed of his money and taunted by a prostitute. To make matters worse, the baddies break his delivery tray and he is fired from his job. To take his mind off things, he asks a friend out for a movie; she stands him up (circumstances beyond her control), so he trashes her toy stand out of anger and heartache. Then he meets some snakes and begins to take his revenge on those he felt did wrong to him. Very interesting movie, definite must-see!
