Plot:	In Rome, a wax museum is opened that specializes in serial killers. After a man accepts a bet to sleep in the museum and is found dead the next morning, people all over the city begin to disappear and the wax museum begins to fill with new figures...
Overview:	Paris, 1900. As a little girl, Sonia witnesses the slaughter of her parents by a mysterious man with a metal hand. Years later in Rome, she is hired as a dressmaker by a wax museum owned by sinister artist Boris Volkoff, who creates perfect replicas of famous crime scenes. A series of strange deaths in the area has led a young journalist, Andrea, to investigate the mysterious vaults of the museum. Curiously, the workshop in which Volkhoff;s wax statues are created seems more like a scientific laboratory than a sculpter's den. Andrea and Sonia are soon plunged into a nightmare as they both learn the secret behind Volkhoff's statues and the connection he bears to the metal-taloned murderer of Sonia's parents. Combining gothic atmosphere with modern-day mechanical and makeup effects. "Wax Mask" ("Maschera Di Cera") is a gory shocker that puts a new twist on the tale of the spooky wax museum.
