Plot:	Dragon and Tiger kill a local bully after he rapes Tiger's girlfriend, and they are forced to flee to the Portland Street district. But braggard Tiger soon gets into a jam with a local Portland Street gang and they're soon back to square one.
Overview:	Dragon and Tiger are brothers with different characters. During their upbringing they are often bullied by the rascals. Tiger's girlfriend is even raped by the local bully. Dragon and Tiger are furious and chop him. After the incident they have to flee to Portland Street. Their courage is admired by Sam Wong. As Tiger always wants to make himself well known, his bitter act makes Madman Fai angry.
