| Overview: | A gang kidnaps a woman named Liwa (Vivian Hsu), planning to steal drugs from her and then dispose of her. The Cool Clown Killer (Hitoshi Ozawa) is assigned to rescue her; but since Liwa is so paralyzed with fear from her kidnapping, she doesn't trust that he is really trying to save her and so she escapes from him. During the escape, she meets a taxi driver (Masahiro Yamashita) who seems to be a kind person. However, he is actually a member of the gang that first kidnapped her, and her life is once again put in peril. Now it's up to the Cool Clown Killer to find her dumb-ass and rescue it before it gets dead, and figure out who's behind this whole scheme as well.
