| Overview: | Disturbed by a growing trend that musicians are being elected to public office all around the world, the Korean government passes Emergency Act 19 to prevent the same from happening in Korea. Under the new law, music is basically outlawed; performing or listening to it is punishable by a steep fine and some serious jail time. After all of Korea's major bands are jailed, an underground movement begins to undermine the unpopular law and bring music back to Korea.
