Sometimes you like to watch a "bad" kung fu movie. You know, no story, no characters, no production value, just great fights. This movie is not it. I never was so disappointed in a movie before when I saw "He Has Nothing But Kung Fu". Yet I figured hey it is a double feature and "The Hot, The Cool And The Vicious" might be descent. WRONG! The fight are ok and the camerawork STINKS. Because of the bad camerawork you miss any of the action there is worth watching.
