Overview:	Introducing Inspector Dragon Ma of CID, a sometimes lovable character although most times he talks too much and does too little. One night, Ma saves his old classmate, Julia, from a robber. So she takes him to a class reunion. There he meets Yu Yu, Julia's superior officer who is high in the Land Department. Soon, Yu Yu is killed by hired hit man Peter. Smelling a big rat, CID assigns Ma to take over Yu Yu's job to help the probe. The investigation is handled by Shek who hates Ma but loves his sister. Now Ma has power. Julia becomes very friendly. That makes Ma's girlfriend Nina unhappy. Julia introduces Ma to Tang, a real estate tycoon, who soon suggests that Ma do him favors. Ma happily goes along...
