Plot:	Bruce Li, along with his master, travels to Singapore to stop an evil kung-fu master named Cheng.
Overview:	Kung fu student Cheng is sent to Malaysia hoping to regain his perspective of right versus wrong, good versus evil... He vows to his teacher to "turn over a new leaf"; however, change doesn't come easily after he joins the militarists in their struggle against the patriots. A fellow student decides to find Cheng, seeking to right his terrible wrongs.
