ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
The Evil Paul has a deadline of two months in which to get a human soul to the Devil. Paul meets a priest Mark who is resurrected after being killed in a traffic accident and is told to get converts to the faith. Both Mark and Paul, by chance, select Kit as their target. Paul grants Kit seven wishes on condition in order to surrender his soul to the devil. After that, Kit becomes a singing sensation and Bessie promptly dotes on him. But Kit finds no happiness in Bessie's love so he breaks his tie with Paul. By the time, Paul's deadline is about to expire and he demands the payment of Kit's soul for the devil. Kit runs for his life and soul while Mark comes to his rescue. Mark and Paul fight for the control of Kit's soul and in the process, they kill one another. Their own souls return to their respective sponsors. Kit finds himself free of his commitment to the devil and finally get married with Bessie. |
