Overview:	Chan Sing is a dangerous man with psychological problems. With the help of his gang he escapes from the mental ward. Later, Sing leads his gang on an extended crime spree, endangering the lives of average citizens and purposely challenging the police. The other gang members feel Sing's criminal acts have become too drastic and plot to leave him, causing problems in the gang.
