Overview:	Tong is a well-known gangster. Ha, a loyal follower to Tong, is charged with murdering his unfaithful wife's lover. Tong steps in, and uses his lawyer to save Ha and they become very good friends. Tong is mysteriously set up, and must flee to China. But not before finding out that his girl has been tortured. Ha finds out that the mastermind is someone close to Tong, and swears to take revenge! Although it follows the same basic formula, this movie is not narratively similar and is not a sequel to the original "A Better Tomorrow" trilogy.
