Plot:	In 1960's Hong Kong, two friends grow up to rule the streets of Kowloon, but from opposite sides of the law. Ho is a Triad leader while Lok is a police officer. When Internal Affairs investigates them, the turmoil that follows only strengthens their bond.
Overview:	The setting is 1960's Hong Kong. Two friends grow up to rule the mean streets of Kowloon City, but from opposite sides of the law. Ho (Lau Ching Wan) is a powerful Triad leader while Lok (Francis Ng) is a senior police officer. When the Independent Commission Against Corruption is set up, both Ho and Lok come under investigation. The turmoil that follows only strengthens the bond between them as they play a dangerous game on both sides of the law. Two of Hong Kong cinema's finest are in top form in this gripping crime drama.
