Overview:	Cheung Tih Chu, a senior police inspector of the Special Crime Investigation Department, is the best crime fighter in the region. However, he is in constant conflict with his new supervisor. Four gangsters stockpile lethal weapons and plan to intimidate a rich mrchant for a large amount of money. With the help of a young thief, Ah Wai, Cheung finally arrests the gangsters. Wai and Cheung even become good friends.
