| The story starts with our comical cops John (John Sham) waking up in the middle of a nightmare in which he and his partner Richard (Richard Ng) slip into a fortified castle in Rambo style to rescue a beautiful girl held hostage there by a bunch of terrorists.
The next morning, they are both required to receive X-ray checks and anti-cholera injections conducted by the Government mobile medical unit at their police station. The two, in order to avoid the injection, creates turmoil and confusion in the medical station, unaware that Richard's file has been wrongly swapped with that of another colleage who has terminal lung cancer.
Thinking he is going to die, Richard risks his life to protect an important witness, May. He eventually finds out that the diagnosis is a mistake, but doesn't tell his wife and John, so he can continue to receive special treatment and care from them!
Lots of great gags including Richard Ng courting a transvestite and singing with a marching band.
