I have been to Florence, Italy once myself. I love this movie already because Kelly acts very well (not great, but just good enough). Her Japanese is quite okay here. Overall, the camerawork of certain shots were very wonderfully brought to the screen with very memorable locations in Florence. I bought this movie for the extras in it, curious what was in it, how the film was made, and how the director put the movie itself into the context of the story. I like it so much, I am seeking for the limited edition version of this movie! (Yes, there is a limited blue and red version of this movie too!)

A very pleasant film to watch, even if a bit formal.

Ok, I'm a sucker for love stories but this one has to be one of the best made out of HK and Japan.

The acting is just right, no melodrama, Kelly Chen is great as the female lead and the cinematography is first rate. The beautiful landscape of Italy is well captured in this movie and it's a great disappointment that the movie hasn't garnered any awards overseas.

The only gripe I have is that it's the slow pace the story moves. Overall, a great movie.
