Overview:	Much is made of the shortcomings of America's schools, but if this film is any indication of the quality of Japan's schools, I hereby call for a re-count. For instance, I don't recall any of my teachers wearing a leather mini-skirt, with their underwear down around their knees, fondling themselves and performing fellatio on various men during class.
