This probably the worst of the Venoms movies I've seen. The so-called zombies/vampries in them jump around looks really dumb. I won't blame for the effects because of how old this movie was. It has one good fight scene in it; the rest are very bad and slow-paced, and there are few fights in them.

Don't let the name fool you, this is not a venoms flick. Although Lu Feng and Chiang Sheng pretty much star in the movie, it's not a venoms film. The movie is pretty much based on a baby vampire being saved by a group of school kids and some of the fighting is okay but definitely not up to par with any kung fu flick of it's time. I would not reccomend this movie, the second movie on this disc is even worse.

Important Caveat: The title ["5 Venoms vs. Wu Tang"] was probably put on the DVD to attract fans of the Wu Tang Clan and "Five Deadly Venoms" fans--it has nothing to do with either of them! That being said, this is a fun film, with a baby hopping vampire! Definitely a must for any fan of the genre...it's almost like a hopping vamp movie for kids...

It was lame, the effects were dead unrealistic. It was obviously a lame, cheap, and rubbish attempt of a Bruce Lei film, but it just wasn't even worth watching. I really do not advise anyone else [to watch it].

NOTE: This review refers to the "5 Venoms vs. Wu Tang / Venom Warrior" double-feature DVD from Ground Zero.

Not expecting much from this DVD set I was pleasently surprized. 5 Venoms vs Wu Tang is a great old time hopping vampire- kung fu movie. The action is outstanding along with the magic (although outdated by todays standards). If you get this DVD set get it for the 5 Venoms vs Wu Tang. You will enjoy every minute of it, just the fist movie alone is worth the price. Best hopping vampire I've seen to date!!!!
