Overview:	Business has been great for Mr. Cheon this year, and he decides to reward his staff with a trip to Cheung Chau. Business savvy penny-pincher that he is, Mr. Cheon selects a building to rent for the trip based on its incredibly low rental rates, fully aware that many people have died there of unnatural causes.
