 | | | | Where should I start? I did have big expectations for director Tsui Siu Ming, as he worked on "Born To Defence" (Jet Li), "Mirage", and "Bury Me High". Everything was better than a mediocre movie--the choreography especially got the flow and shapes but not the fire as in "Mirage" and "Born To Defence". Yu Rong Guang's Tai Chi style was supreme, this guys is nuts. I wish the movie had a role for Tsui Siu Ming the man himself, then it maybe could be a little better. | | AGREE? | READER COMMENTS | AUTHOR | | Y | This flick is a classic. | TheDenizen |

 | | | | I was pleasantly surprised at how good this movie truly was!! Considering this has a cast of unknowns makes it even more surprising. Not really a sequel to "Shaolin and Wu Tang", so don't be looking for Gordon Liu. Judge this one on its own merits and you'll find terrific action sequences and a solid plot that fans of old school flix should truly enjoy. | | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |

 | | | | I found this film to be much more enjoyable than expected. The plot and characters are engaging. The choreography is solid. It features a fight on horseback, fighting between prison bars, and Tai Chi. | | AGREE? | READER COMMENTS | AUTHOR | | Y | Great production, some of the mounted battles are awesome. | TheDenizen |

 | | | | This movie was alright. It's good, especially the part when the monk sets himself on fire. Overall the kung fu was fast paced and hard. The story of the government trying to take over Shaolin was a good plot. For Shaolin fans, this is a must. In the end, Shaolin wins! So go get its kung fu mayhem. | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |
