Plot:	Accidentally discovering the operations of the Blood Ninja gangsters, a mischievous young man masters the Drunk Fist Style and proceeds to fight against them. But the gangsters join forces, vowing to kill him before the young master destroys them all.
Overview:	The adventures of the Drunken Master continue. Fei Hong (Johnny Chan) is a happy go lucky kung fu master who just likes to drink and help others. Soon he creates enemies who join together to get rid of him. The Black Mask Ninja Gang heads the gang who is out to make sure Fei Hong and Sam The Seed never meddle in their schemes again. Big mistake! Fei Hong has combined Drunk Boxing skills with Chi Gung Acupuncture techniques to create a new and effective martial art. The fists flow like wine! This action packed sequel to the "Drunken Master" series is action packed [duh] with fresh and unique fighting styles.
