Plot:	Powerful Four boasts an all-star cast and chronicles the rise of four semi-corrupt Hong Kong police detectives during the late 1960s.
Overview:	Headless was a sergeant at the late 50s. He was almost dismissed when he offended Sam, the opium shop owner. However, having solve several serious cases, he was promoted to be a chief Chinese detective. Thereafter, Master Hung, Fatty B, and Laughter Tiger were also promoted and they were called the "Powerful Four".
