Plot:	Andy Lau still owns his casino and is enjoying a peaceful life at home until scheming casino workers, a trio of greedy blackjack winners, and hints of incest, lead to unrest.
Overview:	This is the sequel to the original Casino Tycoon. Andy Lau still owns his casino and is enjoying a peaceful life at home until his crippled wife (Chingmy Yau Suk-Ching) encourages him to pursue a relationship with soap star Cheung Man. But scheming casino workers, a trio of greedy blackjack winners, and hints of incest, lead to unrest.
