| Overview: | Arco and Malik are what's known in the ghetto as "Devils". They are 16, they spend most of their time hanging out, their parents give little support, and life at school is not working out. So they let off social steam by fighting with other kids in the neighborhood.
Djeff, JM, and Peter are a little older. They are between 20 and 26 and are unemployed. They hang out in the ghetto, and their major hobbies are girls and fights with the residents of neighboring projects. A crowded hip hop party is the backdrop for a violent commotion. A gun fight breaks out in the club parking lot. While the older boys get even with guys from another neighborhood, the younger ones bum a car. It's their way of venting their anger because they couldn't get into the club. The police arrive on the scene, and a cop shoots one of the boys. The ghetto kids rebel, and a deadly riot erupts.
