Aloof, wealthy, and newly divorced Richard (Leung) finds himself completely out of cash and literally on the streets due to a freak accident. He bumps into Ah Choi (Shu), who thinks Richard is only pretending to be rich. As Ah Choi teaches Richard the virtues of being poor, however, she also develops a soft spot for him.
