After Lee Hsi (Fang Yeh) accidentally kills someone in a fight, he retreats to a small village, vowing never to fight again. The village is entirely dependent on the traffic that comes into their pier controlled by Boss Chan (Liang Tin) and his giant of a henchman, Chiang Tai (Bolo Yeung). A terribly boring and cheap-looking old-school kung fu flick that has Michael Chan taking on the Triads who are running the local docks. Some of the fights are okay, but you have to sit through so much crap to get to them that's it's not even worth the bother.
