A ton of kung fu action, a decent story with a weird ending. I mostly liked this film because of the conception of the flying guillotines. But it's a good film overall.
Poor production values hurt this one (this is really low budget) from being a top tier movie. This is a fun movie however with a great villain.

Ridiculous plot. Low-budget special effects. Great fight scenes. Lots of head lopping and hilarious one-liners. Thoroughly enjoyable.
