Overview:	Great acting and character development in this underrated police actioner. Three HK cops are exiled to Taiwan after wasting precious department funds trying to bust a local triad drug ring. Once in Taiwan, however, the leads really start coming. This film is noted for the great chemistry between the male leads, and for the film's consistent and engaging tone throughout.
