| Overview: | Producer Wong Jing has made a number of films glamorizing the gambling life (among them, the popular God of Gamblers series). Here we see the flip side--the addiction and the problems it brings.
Kei (Francis Ng) is addicted to gambling. How addicted? He makes sure he has a return ticket to Hong Kong in hand every time he travels to Macau--he's fearful that he will be stuck there, completely broke. He's so addicted that he breaks up with girlfriend because he refuses (or is unable) to give up his vice.
Seeking comfort in a karaoke bar, he crosses paths with a girl named Princess (Shooky Kwan), and things start looking up. They meet again in Macau; meanwhile, their luck has taken a turn for the worse, to the point that their lives are in danger. Director Marco Mak adds his own stylistic touches to the gambling genre.
