TECH NOTES:
China Star DVD - Solid DVD package with interesting extras such as a Making Of featurette and production notes. The picture quality and sound is uniformly excellent. There is one chapter pause that is well-timed during a scene transition. The English subtitles are a bit small although clear. Unfortunately, pieces of the dialogue are not translated at all and may add a bit of confusion to an already complex plot.
