Co-star Joey Yung was arrested in early August 2001 in connection with a February assault case against radio and television personality Leung Si-Ho. Leung suffered the beating after spoofing the alleged romance between Joey and the head of her record label on a television variety show. Scandal erupted in Hong Kong about her arrest. But the 21-year-old actress and singer was cleared about three weeks later, and her commercial endorsements have not been affected.
