Older Master Cute (Master Q/Kiddo Q) is essentially an animated Three Stooges. Unfortunately, they are no where near as funny. There are some sight gags and they always find themselves in akward positions, but nothing really memorable. In this story they lose their jobs at an arcade and look for new employment. They eventually wind up working in a circus that a gangster wants to put out of business. Along the way they find an alien (why not?). Wackiness ensues. Standard stuff if you've seen other Master Cute. The one weird thing to point out is that there is mild profanity. The characters use words like damn and hell. In this particular film there are homophobic slurs (fag or faggot I believe). I'm not sure if there is a problem in translating dialogue or what, but if you find that offensive avoid this film. |
