Visually this is pretty demanding and the Spectrum DVD has done the film proud. Sharp detail and bright colors fill many scenes. Soft focus and multiple camera effects are visibly recognized where there subtlety could easily be masked by a poorer presentation. Anamorphic and with great contrast, this is worthy of a Norman's Nose production. The sound is likewise good, a balanced 5.1 brings a wonderful soundtrack to high levels of suspense. The extras aren't much but its nice of them to include the soundtrack. Needless to say, I loved this DVD! |
