Good but not great assassination thriller in the vein of "Day of the Jackal". Sonny Chiba really captures the hard-nosed ultra professional manga character of Duke Togo. The plot had a few minor problems here and there that I can't discuss without giving some of the plot away, but I think a little sharper writing could have really made this movie into a really great flick.
