It takes a good deal of concentration to make any sense of this mash-up of at least two unrelated films, but it is not really worth the effort.

This movie is a terribly bad mix between "Return of the Assassin" (1973) choregraphed by Lau Kar Wing and a Robert Tai short movie with Todd Senafonte and Jet Lei (not Jet Li), only 15 little minutes directed by Robert Tai in 1996. We have Classic old school flix from early 70's on one side, with Larry Lee, Bolo Yeung and Lau Kar Wing team for the good things, but a cheesy and bad hero, and little mad flix from Ninja Final Duel director on other side, but very little. There is no part of Mafia Vs Ninja in there. To resume it, this movie is a shame.
