Plot:	Qiuyue's life is disrupted when her husband walks out. Valiantly she struggles to provide for her family and keep them together no matter what.
Overview:	Set in a small village in China, the story focuses on a traditional woman named Qiuyue. She must begin supporting her family when her husband unexpectedly abandons them. She goes to work at a factory–quite different from her quiet rural life. Her unhappy daughter, Shou-er, leaves home to search for her father. Naturally, Qiuyue misses her, and tries to track her down. In the process, she learns much more than she bargained for...
