I was not impressed by the quality of the recording, but it follows some crazy story from the comics.

Admittedly, I purchased it to see a little more of an incredibly well shaped Kei Mizutani; and keeping that in mind, my financial investment balanced out...barely.

The movie itself is dumb enough that it's actually quite entertaining. Maybe there really IS no end to how women will fight each other to get one--well--"body part" up on the competition, and maybe men just ARE dumb enough to all fall victims of the women's attributes?

Whatever it is, it's a humorous little flick that you can get a laugh out of and enjoy the astonishing curves of Kei Mizutani...and then forget about when the movie is over.

Kei Mizutani does a nice job as the Weather Woman. I would love to meet a Japanese young lady like this.

Anyway, the movie itself can have a range of different opinions. Personally I found this movie very entertaining, but of course there are things that will offend people. However, given the right mind set and a relaxing environment most cult film fans can enjoy this movie.

Weather Woman is not the usual "smut" Japanese cheap movie, but rather a refreshing stylish comedy that will make you laugh. For others, they will want to have it in their collection.

So my rating is a 3.5 out of 5 stars.
