Plot:	A spinoff of the Young & Dangerous series, this episode traces the history of Sister 13 (Sandra Ng) of the Hung Hing gang.
Overview:	If you've seen the Young & Dangerous series, you know who Sister 13 is... She's one of the 12 branch leaders of the Hung Hing gang, and her territory is red light district of Portland Street. This entry in the Y&D series is engagingly directed, and follows Sister 13 from her teenage years through the current day. Learn how she became involved with the triads, and how she rose to power.
