Norifumi Suzuki again made an incredibly luscious looking pinku movie that ranks up there with "School of the Holy Beast" and "Sex and Fury" for incredible visuals. But what this movie really is about is nihilistic S&M, which the movie hands out by the shovelful. If you are squeamish about such things, stay away. Fans of this sort of thing should definitely check out "Beautiful Girl Hunter"; it's definitely one of the better films that I've come across from this bizarre little subgenre, as it managed to deliver the staples--violence, abuse, and T&A--while also bringing a decent little storyline. This is the kind of film that reminds me of why Japanese cinema is so great! It's got rape, forced masturbation, brutal abuse of every kind, and the story is solid. A sexual predator goes on the hunt for hot young women to abuse in every way his (and other family members') disturbed mind can come up with. One scene has a young schoolgirl being raped in a field while classical music is playing in the background--yeah it's that demented. This is a must-see for Asian horror fans. Having seen this movie, I had recollections of many sex articles in popular Japanese magazines that used photos that came out of this very movie over the span of years since it was made.
