Plot:	A parking ramp attendant and would-be racing star goes from working-class nothing to Triad hero when his after-hours betting ring takes off. But once he's established, the paper-thin loyalties binding his syndicate together start to give way.
Overview:	Hing opened his own auto shop in Wanchai when he was seventeen. He is a man who fights against injustice, and befriends all kinds of people, including triad members. He becomes famous, as well as very successful in the area, and many other shop and restaurant owners come to him for protection from the triads. A local mob looking to make a drug deal in one of restaurants protected by Hing is refused, which leads to an uproar amongst the triads and Hing.
