| Plot: | A Capra-esque tale in which Biao starts a popular restaurant in the courtyard of his relative Ng Mang-Dat's tenement building. A subplot involves a revolt by the tenants against heartless developers threatening to level their tenement home.

| Overview: | An affable man dwelling in a relative's dismal housing project brightens up the place by establishing a festive take-out restaurant in the building's courtyard. While dispensing tasty lunches, he also shows off his kung fu artistry and acts as an advocate for the disenfranchised tenants, whose home is threatened by developers.
