What a shame. The story sounds good, but this is a real stinker. Wildly inconsistent production values and footage of live animals set on fire are just two reasons to skip this turkey.
A very stylish and enthralling neo-film noir from Korea. At times this film has the feel of a high-budget made-for-TV movie, but overall the acting and direction are impressive and authentically eerie. Stick around for the end and you're in for a real treat!
