Shaolin Challenges Ninja (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure One of my all time favorites. Definitely one of Gordon Liu's best films. I really love the peaceful ending and all of the diversities in the fight scenes.

The Boxer From Shantung (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Awesome movie! I feel like Brian De Palma drew some inspiration from this one in "Scarface" (Al Pacino). Really well done gangster movie from the east!
Dirty Tiger, Crazy Frog (product link) Martial Arts / Comedy Funny movie with great action as well. This was one of the better films featuring Sammo Hung, whom I feel doesn't have enough fame in the kung fu movie scene.
The Ultimate Jet Li Collection [4-Disc Set] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Some of Jet Li's best work. Hard to talk about all of the films here.
Iron Monkey [1993] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This film has everything. Although I still love the traditional styled movies, this one stands above all the "newer" films. GREAT movie, you must own this one.
Fist Of The White Lotus (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Loved this movie. The cross-gendered style of having to beat the villain definitely throws you for a loop but fits in perfectly. I always love the acupuncture-oriented fight scenes. Lo Lieh is a great villain who doesn't outshine Liu. Pick this one up.
Warriors Two (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was awesome. I have to mention the great training sequences, done very believably. An even mixture of death, blood and comedy very bizzare but, done well. The only downfall was a little to much wire work during the ending, otherwise I would've given it a 5.
Return Of The 5 Deadly Venoms (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure I love this good vs. evil to the tune of overcoming disabilities flick. Just straight action packed awesomeness. One of my all-time classic favorites.
Martial Arts Of Shaolin (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure All of the stars in this movie were great, very fast-paced action and intricate fight scenes shot the old way in long shot, not with lots of camera tricks and wires. A great classic, I highly recommend this one.
The Return Of Master Killer (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure I love kung fu movies like this where the person in training doesn't realize they are training until they've already attained it. Gordon Liu was great in this one and I thoroughly enjoyed this great classic.
Shaolin Master Killer (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This is definitely one of the best classic kung fu movies out there. I wish more movies were made like this nowadays--longer continuous shots, real action without the use of too many wires/special effects, just real martial arts showcased in this one. If you are a true collector/fan, you must own this one.
Invincible Pole Fighter (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was a truly awesome Shaw Brothers masterpiece. I love the clueless Gordon Liu's training. Beautifully shot, great all-around flick. I highly recommend this one.
Mad Monkey Kung Fu (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Great is all I can say about this one: great choreography, story, and actors. Very well done film, a true kung fu classic; definitely worth it.
Master Of The Flying Guillotine (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure I didn't completely hate this one, but it was pretty cheesy. I can see how it would be a cult classic, but the choreography and continuity mistakes (seeing the one-armed boxer's other arm) were very frequent. The storyline wasn't too bad, but the scenes were a little overboard. If you really want to see kung fu roots watch this.
Five Shaolin Masters (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was an excellent film and a definite kung fu classic! I recommend it to any fan of the genre. Great scenes and actors.
