Chocolate [2008] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure I loved this movie.
I thought Tony Jaa's storylines were a little too slow. During the replays, I would find myself fast forwarding to the action scenes.
Not this one. Fairly simple plot and character development. She is not a master right away, and it showed. She was learning and in the end was AMAZING. Nice soundtrack and I was surprised to see an animated scene!
To me this was Kill BIll's Bride & Chun Li with the solid hits from "Tekken" the video game and "Ong-Bak" combined! I hope for a sequel where she fights some more "bosses".
Flash Point (product link) Action/Adventure / Martial Arts Jet Li has been hit or miss lately (e.g. the HORRIBLE "War" but the amazing "Fearless"). Tony Jaa does great action with boring plots. But "SPL" and "Flash Point"--WOW!!
Edge of my seat all the time. I have TONS of flix and this one blew me away! Kicks, punches, parry moves, counters, misses--just WOW!! This is what I'll be showing off to everyone I know!
I'm ordering this on Blu-Ray and can't imagine what it will look like!! There should be more movies of this quality!
The Flag Of Iron (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure One of my all-time favorite movies. I loved the action, loved every second of it.
This may have been the movie that made me start buying Shaw Bros. movies.

your right the action in this movie is top notch classic chang cheh venoms rule.
War (product link) Action/Adventure / Martial Arts Wow Jet Li needs to make more movies like his classics and "Fearless". This movie had the worst camera angles ever during fight scenes. It's one of those bad movies that makes you leave the theater empty inside.

totally agree, it's jet li's worst performance, it the boring action don't kill you, the strange storyline will, it's got some of the worst review on this film, so stay away at all cost!
