The story is pretty standard. A brothel owners conspire to frame an opera performer named Chan of sexual advances on his wife. The performer, named Chan, is crippled in order to spare his life, and his sister falls into the hands of the evil brothel owner.

The movie has several action/comedy scenes that are lighthearted but serious in their tone and what is at stake. The climactic ending should not be missed. The film reminds you of "Drunken Master" at times--not because of the story, but it reminds you of a film that Jackie Chan could easily star in. Highly recommended!!!!
