| Did anyone else think that HORRIBLE production values killed this movie? ICHI THE KILLER had at least the same shock value, but was a much much better movie because it didn't look like it was made for $50,000 and a bunch of high school kids. Unfortunately the night I watched this was immediately after I watched CHOCOLATE, so I suppose anything would have been disappointing after that. The stunts and gore were original, but highly unbelievable and poorly done IMHO. | YoMama

| #4 | Ichi was a good movie, too, but totally different from Machine Girl, other than both being violent. Ichi was supposed to be brutal, Machine Girl is supposed to be a live action cartoon full of silly and funny crap. I say it was a grand success. | TheDenizen

| #7 | I'm with YoMama on this one. Machine Girl just didn't do much for me. You don't have to spend a boatload of money to make a good flick (The Stunt People are a good example) but you have to do better than what was in Machine Girl. | William Giordanella
