| At the moment, I have 1,732 Chinese movies. Luckily for me, "Bug Me Not" isn't one of them. I did have the misfortunate, however, of seeing it at someone's house couple of days ago, and I think it might just be the worst Chinese film I've ever seen. At the beginning, someone suggests Isabella Leung's character is retarded. That may be true, but she's not as retarded as the group of non-talents who thought a picture about a bad CGI ladybug, a singing idiot, and a group of repugnant, unfunny morons with other "special talents" could possibly have any entertainment value – particularly considering they forgot to give it a plot.
At first I thought this might fall into the "so bad it's good" category (see: Chu Yin Ping). Not even close. This one was so bad two out of the three of us were moaning in agony by the time the horrid thing limped to an end (the third was lucky... she fell asleep).
