Bio: I enjoy asian films. I have mainly Hong Kong action and Old School Kung movies. I have over 300 at the moment.Ive also got Japanese Samurai films including a few Zatoichi movies. Im still collecting as we speak.
Buddha's Palm [1982] (product link) Action/Adventure / Fantasy Great Film! This film has good special effects for its time. I like Derek Yee's Shaw Brothers movies and his kung fu is excellent. I recommend this movie to anyone who likes Shaw Brothers. The kung fu is great and the atmosphere is very fantasy-like, as it should be.
Touch And Go [1991] (product link) Action/Adventure / Crime This is a very intense movie. Sammo is very serious in this film and there is no comedy. Overall a very suspenseful and action packed film. It is different from most of his roles, sort of like his performance in Heart of Dragon.
The Elimination Pursuit (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Good movie overall, good sword fights, kind of slow at times. The print [on the Brentwood DVD] isn't as good of quality as I would want. But then again, if this is the only print, I'm glad it is at least available.
The Kid With The Golden Arm (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Great film! All the fights are well choreographed. Once again, Chang Cheh doesn't fail to entertain in this great martial arts extravaganza. The fights between Chiang Sheng and Lu Feng and the later fight between Lo Meng and Phillip Kwok are the highlights of this film! Hopefully, some of these films which are currently either on moratorium or out of print come back in stock. I can't get enough of them. This film is a must-have.
